Both use spring-loaded resistance to challenge strength and stability. The Reformer allows for dynamic, full-body movements, while the Chair focuses on core control, balance, and precision — often in smaller, more concentrated ranges of motion.

Precision, Strength, and Control
Pilates is a low-impact, full-body exercise method that focuses on alignment, control, and functional strength. Using specialized Reformer and Pilates Chair equipment, each session blends resistance, balance, and mindful breathing to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness.
At All Well Life, our dedicated Pilates studio features both Reformer and Chair setups, allowing for endless variations and personalized progressions. Whether you’re recovering from injury, building athletic performance, or improving posture, our certified instructors tailor every session to meet your individual needs — making it a perfect complement to Chiropractic Care, Physiotherapy, or Naturopathic treatment plans.

Good to Know
What is the difference between Reformer Pilates and Chair Pilates?
Do I need experience to start Pilates?
Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels. Beginners will receive guided instruction to learn correct form, while more experienced clients can progress with advanced variations and resistance settings.
Is Pilates good for injury recovery or back pain?
Yes. Pilates is widely used to support rehabilitation by strengthening stabilizing muscles and improving posture. It’s particularly beneficial for back, hip, and shoulder concerns when guided by an experienced instructor.
How often should I do Pilates to see results?
Most clients notice improved strength and flexibility after just a few sessions. For best results, we recommend 2–3 sessions per week, depending on your goals.
Can Pilates be combined with my other treatments?
Absolutely. Many clients use Pilates to complement Chiropractic Care, Physiotherapy, or Naturopathic Medicine — improving muscle balance and long-term movement patterns to support overall wellness.
