Born and raised in Fort St John

I grew up loving the outdoors, playing sports, camping and being active. I played soccer for many years for the FSJ Northern Strikers, as well as volleyball for the NBCVC Ice.

I was fortunate enough to win Athlete of the Year when I graduated from NPSS in 2016 for which I am very proud of as it showed my dedication to sports.

Knowing that I wanted to help people in someway, I went to school at University of British Columbia Okanagan in Kelowna where I graduated with a Bachelor in Kinesiology, which is the study of human movement and health and how it can impact quality of life and help people become healthier and encourage them to be more active.

I am also a Certified Personal Trainer through CSEP as well as a Pre and Post Natal Exercise Specialist.  I have lived in Kelowna the past 6 years enjoying the sunny Okanagan hiking, swimming and camping with my Fiancé Ross and my dog Mabel. I have worked as a personal trainer the last year and loved helping people become the best versions of themselves and teaching them how to move and exercise properly. I enjoy helping people become healthy and help them be able to move and do the things they love as they age, are new to the fitness world and to help prepare and recover from pregnancies. I love to extend my knowledge and passion towards my clients to make sure they are confident and comfortable in learning how to move and improve their bodies.
